CBSE AIEEE Test Results 2020


In 1921, under the jurisdiction of Rajputana, Central India and Gwalior, the first education board was set up in Utter Pradesh, India which is known as Utter Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education.  A joint Board was established known as “Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Rajputana” comprising of Ajmer, Merwara, Central India and Gwalior. It became the “Central Board of Secondary Education”.

Central Board of Secondary Education is abbreviated as CBSE. It is followed by every institution an school as it is the central board of the country. It is reported that about 9.5 lakh students are appeared in the CBSE exam to be held on 1-March-2018 and will go up to 17-April-2018. CBSE affiliates all schools approved by Central Government of India. Final exam for All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) is conducted every spring by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Students of class 10th and 12th can appear in this test.  AIEEE test is conducted by CBSE all over India in numerous colleges. This Test offers admission to undergraduate courses like engineering and architecture in numerous colleges based on the result. In 2020, this test for engineering was merged with IIT-Joint Entrance Exam (JEE). These Examinations are now commonly known by JEE (Mains). Central Board of Education also conduct test for admissions in Medical field, this test is known as All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT). Apart from all these tests, CBSE conducts eligibility test for teachers and class 10th optional proficiency test. This Board has become the largest Board for conducting exams in the world.

The board ensures it’s learners to provide quality education for social, cultural and intellectual promotion which will then lead to empower citizens to become global leaders of the knowledge society. The Ministry of Human Resource Development in collaboration with The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a project to provide study material and resources to the girl students of Class XI and Class XII for preparation of admission test for the engineering colleges in country. This Project is known as UDAAN and it provides Material and resources free of cost. More than 15,000 applications were received across India in this two day orientation program and about 1000 students were selected. Student received material in shape of free Tablets in a two day orientation program on 14th and 15th November   2018. UDAAN focuses on increasing the enrollment ratio of girls in expensive and prestigious institution like NITs and IITs by providing incentives and by providing support so that the girls can get equal rights and take leadership roles in future.
