The final date for the submission for registration with the late fee on January 2020 has been over a known factor. The more methods for admitting like registration card, arrangements of papers, result announcement and directions still needed. The correction period started at February 2020. The counseling is the very last difficulty, which can occur on the way to get admission.
This article is not the source of guidance or help for the participants. This piece of words is only use to give an overall view of methods to the learners so that they can understand the guidance methods and the factors responsible for affecting it. The AIMPT counseling is going to organize on July/August 2020 through distance learning (15% from all over India) and through manual (province institutes and 85% from Delhi college).
The counseling for the participants from the province level colleges and institutes will be organized manually. The requesting forms about counseling for the specific college or institute will be present at that specific college and institute.
The DU (Delhi University) will be responsible for the admissions of 85% participants with the help of AIMPT. The applications forms can be get from the Block of Medical Science, Delhi University. The counseling for 15% participants from all over the India will organize online by the MCC (Medical counseling committee) under the consultation of Director General of Health Services (DGHS).
On the counseling day, participants will direct to bring some real documents with testified copy of documents for the recognition of given college. If any participant belongs to the other, institutes then he/she have to bring the OBC/PH/ST/SC issued certificate. The needed documents are at below:
Admit card of AIMPT issued by the CBSE
Rank letter issued by CBSE
DOB certificate
10th and 12th mark sheets
10th and 12th certificates
2-passport size photos same as attached on the application form
Identity proof
The participants not having real documents will not permitted to get admission in the institute. The participants who are admit before to some medical college, have submitted their real documents, and appear for online counseling shall not permitted to get the admission to the institute.
The chosen participants directed to do online registration. The related board will announce registration date. There will be three simple segments gradually for the enrollment of online participants by the institute. Every chosen participant will enrolled in a medical institute according to his wish, the existing space and his place in the specific institute.
Every admitted participant will directed with a direction to admit in the institute within 7 to 10 days. There is no permission to change the subject, institute or the admitting date. While joining the institute the participant have to take the real documents with them. The real documents of the participant or the student will keep under the custody of the institute until the student will complete its subject. The enrollment of participant will be finished or cancel if the specific Participant does not join the given institute on the directed day or time.
