MUMBAI: In the last days it was revealed that the paper of
history and political science were leaked and students got their papers before
one hour of the starting of the paper on their WhatsApp. A Maharashtra board
has taken a serious action regarding papers. It is for the first time that
board has taken some serious steps to avoid such circumstances. Eight students
related to it were sent to juvenile on Friday.
Amboli police has asked for 8 students which are of nearly
age of years. These are those students who got their papers on their mobile
phones just before one hour of commencement of examination. The police have
also asked for adults in this case- 47-year-old Firoz Khan, a maths teacher at
a Mumbra school, Khan's 45-year-old, 24-year-old Rohit Singh, a tuition teacher,
an IT engineering student, 22-year-old A Hasan and office boy Imran Sheikh.
Board has taken serious action so that the same case will
never happen again regarding the papers so that there will not be any treat to
the future of the students. Adults who are arrested by police in this case are
sent to police custody for further investigation while the students got
permission by board to appear in remaining examinations so that they will get
chance to attempt their papers.
Parents of these students got the bail of their students who
got papers on their WhatsApp and took them to home. A decision of setting up a
committee for this case is also taken by the Maharashtra State Board of
Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. So there is a possibility that all
those people who are a part of spoiling future of students will be held
answerable. After half hour no student will be allowed to sit in exams. These
are some serious orders which are given by board to all examination centers.
As well as parents of these students who were involved in
this case are saying that they were unaware of their children acts. Other
actions of which there is a need will also be taken by board and polices with
time.
